			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>You are invited to attend this semester’s fourth instalment of the Creating Future Leaders Series (CFLS). This seminar features Mike Hirst, CEO and Richard Fennell, CFO of the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank who will be delivering a special CFLS in conjunction with the Business and Economics Careers Centre’s, Companies From the Inside Series.</p>
<p>The seminar will begin with Mike who will deliver his presentation on the values that underpin the community banking model; the integral role of corporate social responsibility and community engagement at the Bendigo and Adelaide Bank. This presentation will then be followed by Richard who will speak about his career journey with the bank as well as the organisational culture, career options and main points of the bank’s recruitment cycles and processes.</p>
<p>There will be a 30 minute networking session at the end of the seminar, light refreshments will be provided. Informational material on graduate career options as well as bank merchandise will be given out at this seminar.</p>
