Operational initiatives in 2009

The University has allocated special funding for six Scholarly Information Future strategic initiatives during 2009.
In addition, the University Library and the IT Services division have incorporated Scholarly Information Future goals into their operational plans for 2009.

ERC upgrade continues

Renovations of the Education Resource Centre (ERC) and the adjacent Frank Tate building are almost complete. Law and business graduates: library cadetships now available

As a step towards developing the ’scholar librarian’ of the future, the University Library is advertising two new cadetships.
Recent graduates in law and economics/commerce disciplines are strongly encouraged to apply.
The cadetship provides you with a steady job and professional development experiences while you study for a library/information management qualification.
