Melbourne funds new internal fellowships to support international research collaboration

A new internal grant program, called the Dyason Fellowships, has been launched at the University of Melbourne to support researchers undertaking (or hosting) a short-term international visit that will foster significant and lasting research collaborations.

The program will typically provide $5,000 toward these costs and it is anticipated that up to 20 Fellowships will be awarded annually for the next three years. A third of these awards are intended to support activities from the University’s Humanities and Arts disciplines. Meritorious proposals that have potential to enhance relationships with the University’s international partner institutions will receive priority consideration.
