STM publisher Elsevier has announced that its flagship product Scopus has been chosen by Japan’s National Institute of Science and Technology Policy (NISTEP) to conduct international research paper output analyses. Scopus claims to be the largest abstract and citation (A&C) database of peer-reviewed literature and quality web sources.
