			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The CIBER research group at University College London (UCL) has designed an international survey based on input from nearly 200 librarians worldwide. The survey examines the challenges, trends, and best practices for all type of libraries during tough economic times. The questionnaire is now available through October 18, 2009, at&nbsp;<a href="http://tinyurl.com/cibersurvey" title="http://tinyurl.com/cibersurvey" target="_blank">http://tinyurl.com/cibersurvey</a>.  Survey respondents will be entered into a drawing for an iPhone or iPod of the winner’s choice. Baker &amp; Taylor’s YBP Library Services and ebrary are co-sponsoring the survey&#8217;s results which will be announced at the Charleston Conference, November 4-7 in Charleston, SC, USA.</p>
