They can just be submitted through the IT Help Desk form by choosing Library Systems Support and Electronic Resources Support. I've updated to 1.9.3 as well, but that didn't help either. I guess I'm stuck for the time being (again). Maybe something will occur to me in time. Thanks for trying! As when I try to access some links through Papers I get the following error:

Within this database’s section of ezproxy.cfg, the following line must be added:

Host links.isiglobalnet2.com
The EZproxy server must then be restarted to make the change take effect.

Nothing has changed recently in our Scopus setup and I can still search Scopus through their web interface, the problem is more likely to be with the authentication. Try re-doing your setup of Papers (check no old passwords are saved anywhere etc) and next time you are at Uni check if you can search Scopus through Papers from there. If the problem persists or you have different results at home and at Uni please log a help desk call so ITS can check the proxy server setup. If a person is directed to a site and still cannot access the article they require they can still return to the Source It window and choose the Inter Library Loan option.
