Worship and Prayer
Christians meet to pray. We are experimenting with ways to meet on campus and in nearby congregations and colleges.
During semester there is a weekly service of Midday Prayer on Wednesdays.
An Ecumenical Service is arranged by chaplains and students several times during the year.
Special services are held in response to events – for example, the Bali bombing, the Tsunami, and recent earthquakes. Memorial services are also held for students and staff of the university who have died. This permits people of different belief and tradition to offer their own particular prayers.
We will explore the possibility a monthly Eucharist (Lord’s Supper) with a meal.
