In this talk we’ll share with you our experiences in developing and delivering the interdisciplinary Massive Open Online Course Rethinking Ageing:  Are We Prepared to Live Longer.  If you’re not quite sure what a MOOC is, what preparing a MOOC involves, or whether MOOCs have any real value, this seminar will provide you with an honest account of the unexpected challenges and benefits of MOOCS for academics, students, and the University.
