Associate Professor Ruth Vine is the Executive Director of NorthWestern Mental Health, which provides mental health services to over 1.2 million people.
There are some potential contradictions in the direction of policy and practice in relation to severe mental illness, and the evidence base of what is most effective in reducing the impact of illness, especially in the State funded sector.
This talk will explore some of these contradictions and possible service responses.
