The University of Melbourne has invested heavily in research computing platforms to facilitate state-of-the-art research and help researchers achieve world-class research outcomes. Many of these platforms have great potential to benefit population and global health research. In this seminar, Dr David Perry will provide an overview of the research computing facilities available to the School’s researchers. Dr Adrian Bickerstaffe will then discuss how these facilities have served as research-enablers for several large-scale studies. Layperson terms – we promise!
