This session will provide a high-level explanation of all you need to know about how finance works at the University – specifically within the Faculty of Medicine, Dentistry and Health Sciences.

– what the difference is between an on cost and a multiplier and why they must be included in budgets; or
– what the different budget and income structures are for Category 1-4 grants, or what the income and expenditure budgets for teaching was in 2018;
