Talk instructions

Talks at this AGM will be in a 12+3 format — 12 minutes for the talk + 3 minutes for questions. You will also be asked to participate in a Q&A session since we are aware the logistics of multiple hubs can make questions slower than normal.

You will need to inform us as to whether you plan to present your talk at a hub (encouraged), and if so which hub. The hub organisers will be in contact to give you hub-specific instructions for the logistics. You can also opt to give your talk via zoom.
