Artists and art collectives from Indonesia, Singapore and Hong Kong discuss a range of artistic and curatorial strategies that have emerged across the region at the intersection of art and social responsibility. Panellists delve into histories of the use of art as a tool of political engagement within local contexts, as well as contemporary approaches to the negotiation of often fluid boundaries between aesthetics and politics.
