Hey there fellow procrastinator! (Rinaldho)

Ok, so we’re two days into the exam period, and I seriously doubt that I am the only one who would agree that uni would be so much more fun without assessments… I just cannot find any sort of motivation to do any form of constructive studying, this is presently being illustrated by the fact that I am up at 2am, the day before my exam, and I am writing a blog rather than reviewing Game Theory for Introductory Microeconomics… But come on, can you blame me? If you can, I would advise you to chill out because I’ll get around to it eventually, but probably not today since I have a birthday bbq to attend and will be watching Russell Brand the night before the exam, but eventually… So yeah, preparations are going swimmingly! No but seriously, I have found it weird that the weight of the situation I am in has yet to actually hit me… I am going into this exam period the same way I was going into my lectures… I don’t know, I think (I hope) I’ll still be able o pass all of my subjects since my grades up to now have been quite decent, so I’ll just be hoping to be riding on the coat-tails of my former glory to pass this semester

“Why have I not done much work?” I hear you ask (and by “you” I mean me in a Scottish accent, pretending to be an inquisitive stranger…. Why Scottish? I don’t know, don’t ask me difficult questions!!!)… Well, I think by now you would have caught on to a running theme in all of my posts, that I like a to give a shout-out to college life in all it’s (at times questionable) glory… Well, I guess when you live with 300+ other students who have exams to study for, you have just been given 300+ people to procrastinate with… And once you procrastinate in groups, you’re much more likely to lure a screaming tween away from the Eclipse premier than getting any actual work done, so yeah… I blame other people for my inability to study, since as you have found out, I am quite flawless… And one other thing about college people, I have found that (some of) our sleeping patterns have become quite non-existent, since we convince ourselves to stay up late to study, while in fact, we’re just doing everything else other than study, again, I bring your attention to the “me-being-awake-at-2am-thing” while typing on a fellow college-goer’s laptop (thank you Celeste, there, happy? you’re practically famous!)… Although we do have moments where “I’m going to go study” is a phrase which is followed through… I just can’t wait for my exams to be over! I’m an Arts student, four exams is too much for me!!!

P.S. This post has been written on a mac, and I still stand by my anti-mac stance! LONG LIVE PC!!!!

Thanks for reading this rant… Have a good one, and good luck on your exams!

  1. High – 5 for the P.S!

I wish I had someone to blame for my procrastination; turns out by myself with absolutely no excuses I’d much rather wall-stare than study. Hooray!

Woah that subject has some title. Introductory Microeconomics.
