We are excited to annouce some upcoming events hosted by LALE’s CLIL Teacher Education Lab. These events are great opportunities for educators, researchers, and anyone interested in Content and Language Integrated Learning (CLIL) to engage, learn, and collaborate.
Introducing the CLIL Professional Learning Circles: A New Monthly Series for 2025!
Starting in February 2025, the Lab is launching a new monthly series called the CLIL Professional Learning Circles. These sessions will provide a regular, informal, and casual space for teachers and researchers to discuss current issues, share ideas, and learn together. The first session will be held on Thursday, February 13th, 2025, from 4–5pm. Free Seminar: Bilingual Education in Ireland
The first of the Professional Learning Circles kicks off with a free seminar on Thursday, February 13th, 2025, from 4–5pm, featuring Dr. T.J. Ó Ceallaigh and Máire Uí Chonghaile from University College Cork. They will discuss bilingual education in Ireland and its impact.
