Tutorial 6 – R markdown – 29/Nov/2017
This tutorial will go through generating high-quality and professional pdf reports with R markdown. You can easily weave together narrative text, code (with multiple languages including R, Python, Bash and so on) and results from the code to produce elegantly formatted reports.
Please download the R markdown project and tutorial notes. You may also need some necessary R packages to run the *.Rmd files inside the project as follows: rmarkdown, knitr, mixOmics, pander, grid, gridExtra. They all can be downloaded and installed from CRAN repository. Let me know if you have any problem. If you haven’t used R for a long time, it’s safer to update the R first. The version I used now is R version 3.4.2 (2017-09-28).
