Meet your Peers

“Meet your Peers” was the inaugural project of the Master of Engineering Management (MEM) student community, and was a get-together event intended for students who are currently enrolled in the MEM Degree to catch up and network. The primary purpose was for students to meet each other and learn about their experiences and expectations from the course and guide the committee in planning and organising future events.

This event was attended by 26 graduate students, 2 staffs, and 1 alumni.

This was the first time I returned to campus and joined in an activity like this after the epidemic. In this activity, I had extensive communication with students from different backgrounds, including international students and domestic students doing their jobs concurrently. Through conversations, I learned more about this course and gained some valuable advice on my future career. It is an excellent opportunity to meet your peers and ask questions from teachers and seniors.

It was an amzing event! At this party, I met many seniors who have excellent achievements in the field of engineering management, and I also made friends with students from different countries. It is a memorable party gathering in a united and harmonious atmosphere.
