Engineering Management, What Next?
“What Next” was a panel discussion intended for students currently enrolled in the Master of Engineering Management Degree to learn from engineering leaders in industry and academia by discussing their career journeys and achievements working across various engineering disciplines and networking with them. The primary purpose was for students to meet MEM’s alumni in order to learn about the opportunities and threats related to this career path.
We were honored to have the presence of five alumni graduated with Master/PhD in Engineering Management, they were: (from left to right)
Hamid Reza (Moderator), Haya Daghlas, Frank Lai, Karan Sharma, Ming Xu
Also, Prof Lihai Zhang and Prof Colin Duffield gave short speeches about engineering management representing the Department of Infrastructure Engineering.
During the discussion, interesting topics including the following were discussed.

What motivate you to study MEM? And How does it boost your career?
