Researcher@Library Week is back!

 

Scholarly Services are pleased to announce Researcher@Library Week 2018 will be held from Monday 27 – Friday 31 August under the theme “Enabling next generation scholarship“.  Come to the multiple events offered to:

  • discover expert services and digital technologies to enhance your research practice;
  • hone your research communication skills to engage with broader audiences; and
  • explore the University’s unique research collections.

This year’s diverse program delivers a mix of activities, seminarsworkshopstours, exhibitions, the “I made the Internet Smarter today: Wikipedia-Edit-a-thon, and the “Visualise Your Thesis” Competition. 

The week with start with a keynote speech from Deb Verhoeven, who will share her stories about collaboration, partnerships, and support for visualisation research and engagement and will detail how to cultivate expert support networks for ongoing success.
