In this post, Andrea Hurt (Senior Librarian, Library Services and Spaces) and Ashley Sutherland (Faculty Librarian, Arts) explore how you can use podcasting to your research advantage. Read on to learn how podcasting can be an effective medium for showcasing your personality and communication style, along with communicating your research. Andrea and Ashley co-produced the 2019 podcast series, A Third Place which featured interviews with Peter Singer, Lucy Thomas, Alice Garner, David McInnis and Gillian Triggs in celebration of the Baillieu Library’s 60th Anniversary (listen here).
