Understanding the Altmetrics landscape

This session from the University Library is aimed at academic staff and graduate researchers to assist in understanding the burgeoning altmetrics landscape: What are altmetrics? How are they collected and measured? How can you use and interpret them? It will include an overview of a selection of altmetrics tools that gather data from social media and other online sources.
