Our main research focus is the total synthesis of complex natural products which exhibit a variety of biological activities, as well as structural novelty.
We hope to develop original synthetic routes, confirm biosynthetic origins and synthesise meaningful quantities to enable rigorous biological studies. Over the past 20 years our group has had success in reaching these goals and examples can be seen in our publications page.
