The Hallmark Ageing Research Initiative (HARI) was created in response to the recognition of ageing as a significant social issue which requires an interdisciplinary approach. HARI aims to help co-ordinate national and international collaborative projects with the involvement of community and industry partners. HARI focuses on the following six research clusters: technology and ageing, design for ageing, Ageing in Low and Middle Income Countries, Leadership in Ageing, Healthy Ageing and Social Aspects of Ageing Across the Lifespan.
