My name is Xing Gu. I am a research fellow of the School of Mathematics and Statistics, University of Melbourne. My advisor is Professor Christian Haesemeyer.
My research interests are algebraic topology and homotopy theory.
Here is my cv.
My current research interests are
(1) the topological period-index problem, and
(2) algebraic invariants of the classifying space/stack of the projective linear group PGL_n.
