Workshop: An Insider’s Guide to Publishing Strategically in the Social Sciences

The University of Melbourne Library, in collaboration with Emerald Group Publishing limited, is hosting a workshop covering tips and ideas for getting published in a highly competitive research and publishing environment.

1. Guide to Getting Published – Associate Professor Helen Dickinson (Melbourne School of Government and co-editor of the Journal of Health Organisation and Management).
2. Marketing Your Paper – Vivienne Fox (Regional Manager/Vice President, Emerald Group Publishing Limited).
3. Library Support for Getting Published – Jennifer Warburton (University of Melbourne Library).

There will be an opportunity to ask questions on publishing academic research and the publishing industry.
