Baillieu Library will reopen daily from Monday 8 November 2021
The Baillieu Library will reopen daily from Monday 8 November to Friday 19 November to University staff and students who meet the University’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement. Our other libraries currently remain closed but our Virtual Library Service continues.
What library services are available?
- Library service desk remains closed, but you can contact us via the Virtual Library Service for assistance.
- Access to general collection (no High Use access)
- Borrowing and returns using self-service machines
- PCs and study spaces are available (walk up only, no bookings)
- Project rooms and recording booths remain closed
- Printers and scanners are available
- Reading Room (by appointment only)
Opening Hours (daily)
- 9am-5pm (all floors)
- 5pm-9pm (after hours zone only)
Access requirements
To access Baillieu Library, students and staff who meet the University’s COVID-19 vaccination requirement will need to swipe their ID card upon entry, check-in using the QR-code and provide evidence of their vaccination status or a valid exemption.
