1st Prize: Mathematics and assessment in early childhood education – Rachel Pollitt (Department of Early Childhood/Graduate School of Education)
2nd Prize: A Seasonal Thermal Energy Storage System for Space heating – Sheikh Khaleduzzaman Shah (Department of Infrastructure Engineering)
3rd Prize: Designing animal-computer interaction to shape zoo visitors’ perceptions of animals – Sarah Webber (School of Computing & Information Systems)
Viewer’s Choice award: Saving life with new artificial blood vessels – Fatemeh Karimi (Chemical & Biomedical Engineering Department + Chemical Engineering Department/Polymer Science Group)
