Back again
Well the first week back wasn’t bad at all. For once my lectures and tutes were all really interesting.
My only problem is, once again, I have NO idea how to know what material to study for exams!
It’s so scary how much we learn in a semester, then they can ask you a question on something that was mentioned once in a lecture that I probably missed.
Lucky me, I again have 4 exams, but this time they’re squished into a 1 week period instead of the 1 month I had last time.
Did anyone check out that band playing on South Lawn last Thursday lunchtime? They were absolutely brilliant. I had so much fun dancing to their music! Even my boyfriend who is on crutches got up there and gave it a shot.
Yesterday I joined a gym. Not the uni gym, but a gym nonetheless. Genesis off Chapel St… does anyone go there? I did my first ‘Body Pump’ class and WOW okay I was using the lightest weight and was SO tired!!! The women in there are AMAZING!
This upcoming Tuesday Peter Combe is playing at North Court. As in “Mister Clickity Cane, he played a silly game, and all the kids in the street, they love to do the same, brush your teeth with bubblegum” etc etc. BE THERE!
ALSO—- with only a few weeks until the end of the year, last week I FINALLY discovered the MAGNIFICENCE of Student Union vegie burgers. Yes that’s right, MAGNIFICENCE. Never again will I dabble with the snag. Seriously though; Tuesday lunchtime, Peter Combe, Student Union membership card, two pieces of bread, tomato sauce and a VEGIE BURGER. Get excited.
That’s all!
Advice for the week:
1. Check out this website, its weekly and has info on what’s cool, from movies to bars, galleries and clothing stores.

2. Try a vegie burger!

I’m looking forward to Peter Combe too!
I always loved ‘Newspaper, Mama’.
