Honey, I’m home!

After a good 3 months of summer holidays, which include much adventuring in the US and central america, an advanced SCUBA license (yay) but no phone, jewelry or any other valuables (a classic mexican experience), I returned to a country that had a new PM and unhealthy obsession with masterchef and once again walked under that bridge thing with the big The University of Melbourne banner on it – you know – the one that goes into south lawn and go…

*sigh* I’m so glad I’m here once again. [hehe, that was a long sentence]

Not that didn’t like McGill (which was AMAZING) but at MelbUni I know where to go if I want to get band aids for blistered feet, or the nearest water fountain. Little things like that make home, home.

It is official that I’ll probably, maybe, hopefully, be graduating mid next year and this semester I’m taking two neuroscience subjects (God please help me), a first year biology subject (yessssss) and an online subject ‘International Peacekeeping’ with University of Queensland – of which I promptly forgotten about because it’s online. Also be graduating with relatively little job prospects if I don’t get my bum into gear and start researching, applying and of course, praying. After all – that is the most effective way to do anything really. Vamos!
