Update… a bit Late [Daniel]

Well it’s strange – it’s been 3 months since I’ve last talked to you and I’ve already got half a thesis (well technically a quarter of a thesis for Creative Writing). Weird and quick is what I’d call it weird and quick. I mean they say time passes quickly when you’re having fun – but this quickly? 3 months in a flurry of keyboard strokes, assignments, job interviews, socialising (my goodness there has been a lot more of that than in any other year of uni).

And I’m still enjoying it :D. Which while not a surprise to me, to a lot of people they seem to be less than content with the whole year – that or they seem stressed over their work. Maybe I’m doing it wrong?

Who knows? End of the year should tell me.

And yet, bear with my thinking for a little bit, AND YET I feel as though I could almost do more, search out more little facts – write pages upon pages of ideas until there was nothing left, but a Phd.

Well… that’s the dream anyway, that and/or Canberra, or curling up and forgetting all dreams of writing, of researching, of being more than I am now.

So it’s chin up for the last push of these final assignments!
