Classics & Archaeology Ancient World Seminar Series
The Ancient World Seminar Series, hosted by the Classics & Archaeology Program, is aimed at a broad audience, from academics to students to members of the public. The seminars are based on current research done in the School, and everyone is welcome to attend. Speakers are asked to present on topics having to do with the ancient world or archaeology and the topics in each semester’s program are always varied and interesting.
During Semester One 2022, seminars will be held either in person or via Zoom. Most are at 1pm/13:00 Melbourne time (AEST), although two will be held at 6pm/18:00 (AEST) (11 April & 9 May).
For enquiries about the program, to sign up to the mailing list, or to register for the Zoom seminars, please contact the 2022 convenor, Andrew Turner, via email.
