You turn my world upside down, Then you leave (Sophie)

Hey everyone!

Sorry for the slightly longer than normal time I spent ignoring the blog.
Thanks for all the wonderful comments of support. I have some incredible people around me, that is for sure!

Things are a lot better….life goes on, but you only become stronger. Sometimes you need these experiences to give you some more perspective on life. You realise how precious life is, and you realise that life goes by too fast. One must appreciate every moment as life can change in an instant. People can be there one moment, and gone the next.

For at least the next few months at least, these thoughts will never be far from my mind.

From yesterday, a new week, a fresh start; I have on the whole been feeling pretty pumped again and getting back on track. I have had some wonderful feedback from people around me regarding various things and some people probably think taking 10 minutes of their time to talk to you is nothing, but I am telling you now: it means EVERYTHING.

On a side note, the 85 Broads launch event last Tuesday night was just AWESOME.

I really have to go now because I am exhausted, but best wishes to everyone. I truly hope you take a moment to think how despite everything, we are blessed – just to be healthy and alive.
